Duke Hodgson
System Sales Engineer
Duke began his career as a boilermaker in 1997, gaining experience across many aspects of the trade. Over the years, he has worked extensively on the maintenance side of the workforce, building a deep understanding of how facilities operate and what it takes to keep critical systems running safely and effectively. In his most recent position, he served as a Planner and Scheduler for Duke Energy, where he supported maintenance planning and execution for complex industrial operations.
That real-world maintenance perspective will be a valuable asset to Lathrop Trotter’s customers. Duke understands firsthand the challenges plants face, including downtime pressures, safety requirements, and the need for dependable solutions. He is excited to help facilities improve performance and reliability.
Outside of work, Duke is deeply family-oriented. He has been married to his wife for twenty years, and together they have four children and two grandchildren. He enjoys hunting and fishing with his sons and has a strong passion for serving others through mission work in Honduras, where he values connecting with people and giving back to the community.
