Cary is an experienced power generation professional with more than three decades of industry experience spanning operations, maintenance, and chemistry. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for safety leadership, operational excellence, integrity, and building high-performing teams in critical plant environments. He has held multiple leadership positions where he consistently fostered cultures of accountability, safety, and dependable execution.
His extensive technical knowledge, combined with a practical, field-focused leadership style, allows him to effectively support plant operations and maintenance teams. Cary believes in taking the time to understand each facility’s unique challenges and works collaboratively with plant personnel and manufacturer partners to develop practical, timely solutions that help facilities achieve their operational goals.
Outside of work, Cary is the proud father of three children: Chase, Nicholas, and Mallory. He enjoys staying active through fitness training and spends his free time golfing and playing pickleball. These interests reflect the same competitive spirit, discipline, and commitment to continuous improvement that have defined his professional career.
